I believe you are paying your hard earned money for a quality service, and you should receive a service guarantee.   This gives you peace of mind knowing that any problems with my work will not cost you extra to be rectified.  It also gives new clients confidence that my work will be of a high standard for such a guarantee to be on offer.

I have always strived for excellence in my work with a passionate eye for detail, and together with using only the best quality products on your nails I can guarentee you the best quality of work. This gives you the confidence of knowing that you will receive beautiful natural looking nails which last and look wonderful!

NB. There are a minority of cases where I cannot offer the guarantee. For example…..

• clients participating in sports which may result in knocks and breakages
• severe nail biters with insufficient nail bed to work with
• clients who take certain medications known to cause lifting

If I am unable to offer the guarantee, I will let you know at the initial consultation. Remember, this only affects a very small number of clients – the overwhelming majority of my clients enjoy the benefit of my guarantee.
